Ally Sheedy Bio
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15, 1970) is an American actor from the United States. In 1983, she made her debut as a character in Bad Boys. Later she joined the Bratpack group as well as a participant in WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. For her performance on Lisa Cholodenko's High Art Sheedy won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. On the 12th of April, 1992, Sheedy was married by actor David Lansbury, the nephew of actress Angela Lansbury and son of Edgar Lansbury the original producer of Godspell. Beckett Lansbury was born in 1994. Sheedy gained a wealth of knowledge from Beckett, who was a transman. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy, born June 13th 1962 in New York City, is an American stage and film actress. She has also written two books. Her best-known work is the role of Bratpack in films The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club: What is the significance of this film? The title of the movie "The Breakfast Club," is actually a phrase that is used in some schools to describe detention. Presumably students arrive early in the morning, around breakfast, to be detained. It's the Next Generation. Sheedy's resume now includes "teacher".
